(1) Winter Fun Day Trip

Gathering and dismiss place: entrance of the Kowloon Hotel, Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon
Itinerary : Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, “Harbour Cruise – Bauhinia” with lunch buffet on board, Dolphin Square and Tuen Mun Public Riding School
Tour price: HK $99 each person, free for aged 1 or below
Closing date for registration: 5 January 2006

Number of participants: Members may bring up to 4 friends and relatives. Limited places are available on first-come-first-served basis.
Remarks: The activity is co-organized by HYFCO Travel Agency Ltd. The tour price includes HK$100,000 travel insurance, tour guide service, tour bus and lunch.

2. Each member must pay HK$100 as a guarantee deposit to secure the place. The guarantee deposit will be refunded by cheque/ not to be deducted from your Henderson Club Credit Card Account upon arrival of the workshop. Methods of entry
Please complete the reply slip together with the fee/deposit and send to Henderson Club by fax 2801 5672 or mail to Henderson Club, 72 - 76/F, Two International Finance Centre, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong no later than 6 p.m. on the day of registration deadline.
The envelope must be clearly marked with the name of the activity.
Limited places are available on first-come-first-served basis.
Members entitled to the activities will be notified individually after the payment is deducted.
If the activity is cancelled due to bad weather or under-enrollment, all fees will be refunded.

Methods of payment
1) Cross cheque: please make cheque payable to “ Henderson Real Estate Agency Limited” and the cross cheque must be sent by post;
2) Henderson Club credit card by fax or post
If paid by credit card, the payment will be deducted from Cardholder’s credit card account, or if paid by cheque, the cheque will be settled instantly after the notification was sent.
Once accepted, all fees paid are non-refundable.

Methods of deposit payment (HK $100)

2. Henderson Club Credit Card
If entries are over 30 and the member is not entitled to the activity(ies), the deposit cheque will be returned to the member (applicable to payment by cheque)/ the amount of deposit will not be deducted from Cardholder’s Henderson Club Credit Card account (applicable to payment by Henderson Club Credit Card);
If member attends the activity(ies): the deposit cheque will be returned on-site(applicable to payment by cheque) / the amount of deposit will not be deducted from Cardholder’s Henderson Club Credit Card account (applicable to payment by Henderson Club Credit Card);
If member is absent, the deposit cheque/the deposit to be deducted from Cardholder’s Henderson Club Credit Card account will be transferred to Oxfam as a charitable
