SPA is growing by leaps and bounds in Hong Kong. Spa originates from Latin language, Solus Per Aqua where

Living in the city, we desire a moment of calm from the hectic schedules and daily responsibilities. That¡¦s why SPA is growing fast in Hong Kong. Spa originates from Latin language, ¡§Solus Per Aqua¡¨where Solus is health, Per is with, Aqua is water. It obviously means ¡§health via water¡¨.

In 15th century, SPA is simply a luxury for royal families and nobles. Today the popularity of spa has increased. A wide variety of spa centres grow like mushrooms.
In fact, you may not be able to afford a costly day at the spa. You can have all the beauty perks without the financial pains¡Kright in the comfort of your own home.

DIY Home Spa
Besides cleaning your skin, SPA also emphasized wellness and harmony with nature. To experience pleasure spas at home, you need to have some basic ingredients:

Essential Oils
Choose an essential oil (see the list) which can assist with particular emotional states. Then slip into the bath water.

Add 7 to 8 drops of essential oil into milk, bath salt or sake, then pour it into a basin of hot water, stir slower. Close the window and ventilating fan. Soak in the bath water for 15 minutes.

Music
Play a relaxing, easy listening music. A CD recording the sound of nature is the best choice for easing life¡¦s pressures.

Environment
Turn the lights down low. Unplug your phone. Turn off your mobile and television. Clear your mind. Create an ultimate private space. Pure essential oils have mountain essence. When soaking in the bath water, deep breathing with your eyes closed. While listening to the sound of nature and enjoying the aroma, you are like being in a natural spring. After the bath, have a aromatherapy or just simply apply some massage oil. Then take on your robe and sip a hot herbal tea¡KBravo!
