July 19th The Christening Ceremony
After the christening ceremony on the cruising ship Bauhinia Blakeana held on July 19th, a wide variety of promotion activities were carried out to present the homebuyers the numerous merits of Grand Promenade, a waterfront luxury condominium complex in Hong Kong Island East, co-developed by the Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd. and Hong Kong & China Gas (Town Gas).
The naming ceremony of Grand Promenade on the cruising ship Bauhinia Blakeana, preformed by Mr. Martin Lee Ka Shing, the executive director of Henderson Group and Mr. Alfred Chan Wing Kin, the managing director of Towngas. With a grand and lively ceremony, the long awaited and hottest residential property was launched. The press were able to enjoy the spectacular 270¢J view of the Victoria Harbour spanning the coast line all the way from Central to Lei Yue Mun on the 65th floor.

At Cafe Deco in the Peak Galleria Shopping Centre, Mr. Donald Cheung Ping Keung, the general manager of sales department and Miss Chung Wing Ki, the deputy general manager of planning department, presented the stunning panoramic views of ¡§Top of the Town¡¨ and introduced the distinguishing features of the penthouse on the top floor. On that day, HK-BEAM Society also awarded Grand Promenade the Certificate of Excellence by getting the highest rating ever in environment protection- the best of the best in town! |

On the Town Gas Avenue in Tsim Sha Shui, Mr. Donald Cheung Ping Keung, the general manager of sales department, Mr. Lam Dat Man, the assistant general manager and Mr. Duncan Wong Wai An, C & I marketing manager introduced the e-Home Automation System in Grand Promenade. Mr. Chueng and Mr. Wong even went to the kitchen and made a new dish, the Grand Promenade Hot Roll, which is named after Grand Promenade. Renowned gourmet Mr. Wei Ning was invited to be the judge, bringing fun and laughter to the event. |
